RECENTLY PURCHASED A CAR FROM SELECT AUTO SALES,LLC IN FREDREICKSBURG 4802 JEFFERSON DAVIS HWY. WASENT TOLD IT HAD BEEN RECKED AIRBAG DEPLOYED AN NEVER REPLACED AN TIRES DRY ROTTED BASICALLY NOT A SAFE CAR TO DRIVE BUT HAD BRAND NEW INSPECTION. PURCHASED FOR 20K. COMPANY MANAGER MOE SIDDIQI REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING. JUST BEWARE AND DONE GET PRESSERED INTO THE DEALER.

Next time you should use carfax.com or bring to your mechanic or a mechanic like most do priorto to making the purchase. If the dealer refuses this then that's usually a dead giveaway that they know something is wrong with the vehicle.

On a side note I'd fet in touch with the police to jave it at least documented and quite possibly the dmv. By them not disclosing this to you, especially about the airbag issue I would think that would violate them from selling you a vehicle in that condition and check the date of the inspection sticker. If it was inspected after the accident that could be sited as fraudulent activity between the service inspection station and this dealer. I could see you going to court anf winning. I would demand your money back since you don't know what else could be wrong and lurking within your car. Be careful and update if u get any positive results.
