The Greater Falls Run Lions Club has recently set up court. That is a basketball court for Stafford Junction at their new location at the Enon Community Center on Truslow Road.

Stafford Junction is a local faith-based non-profit that is dedicated to serving low-income children in Stafford County.  They partner with local churches, businesses, individuals and service organizations to provide preschool programs, after-school activities, parenting and healthy living education.

The new location for Stafford Junction came with a basketball court but it had fallen into disrepair from lack of use over the years.  Once the GFRLC was apprised of the situation they sprang into action and set out to resolve the situation.  New equipment was ordered and specially retrofitted and installed for the older court. Stafford Junction now has a newly equipped court to offer the youth that they serve.

The Greater Falls Run Lions Club is a local civic organization the services the areas of Stafford, Hartwood, Falmouth and White Oak.
