Arrest Made in Buffalo Wild Wings Waitress Assault
Where an arrest is mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
An adult female and a juvenile female have been identified as two of the individuals involved in the reported assault at Buffalo Wild Wings Jan. 25.
Nakima Jiggetts, 18, of King George County was arrested Jan. 31 and charged with assault and battery for her role in the incident, Natatia Bledsoe, City of Fredericksburg Police Department spokesperson, said. Jiggetts was released on personal recognizance.
A petition has been filed with Juvenile Intake authorities to charge a 16-year-old female from Spotsylvania County with assault as well, Bledsoe said. The juvenile remains in the custody of her guardians.
A waitress at Buffalo Wild Wings was assaulted after identifying an underage drinker.

Kudos to the courage of the waitress reporting the underage drinking. Taken to a possible conclusion, she might have saved lives from a drunk driving accident. (Given the character of the perpetrators, this is more probable than possible.)
