A resident of Maple Court reported to Fredericksburg Police Monday that someone entered her apartment and stole a laptop computer and an iPod.

The incident happened either sometime Sunday or before 5:50 p.m. Monday. The entry to the apartment was made by breaking a window, according to Fredericksburg police.

The following crimes are in Tuesday's crime log:

Larceny:
Bottom Dollar, 515 Jefferson Davis Hwy., Monday 1:50 p.m. A cashier reported that a male subject stole a packet of meat by concealing it in his clothing. The investigation is ongoing.

Vandalism:
Virginia Rail Express parking lot, 399 Prince Edward St., Monday 5:30 a.m. – 5:15 p.m. A Richmond resident reported that two of the tires on her vehicle were punctured and flattened. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
