Correctional Officer Arrested for Weapon Violation at IHOP
Where an arrest is mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
A correctional officer from the Coffeewood Correctional Center in Culpeper County was arrested Friday for the weapon violation that occurred at IHOP Jan. 20.
Daquain Alonzo Wiltshire, 23, of Spotsylvania, was charged with four counts of misdemeanor brandishing of a firearm, said Natatia Bledsoe, Fredericksburg Police Department public information officer.
"Wiltshire’s use of a credit card at IHOP led investigators to identify him as a possible suspect, and witnesses subsequently identified Wiltshire through a photo lineup," Bledsoe said. He was incarcerated Friday at the Rappahannock Regional Jail under a $1500 bond.
A manager reported at about 5 a.m. Jan. 20 that a group of males and females were inside the IHOP at 2831 Plank Rd, eating and causing a disturbance by jumping onto tables and over partitions. After an employee confronted one of the male subjects in the group, that subject exchanged words with the employee, walked out to the parking lot and allegedly returned carrying a handgun.

Well, Tom, it IS one way to weed out idiots running our correctional system! ( I'm sure he'll be jumping on tables and hopping over partitions to get away from Bubba and his boys!)
