City Parking Garage Manager Arrested In Drug and Porn Bust
Louis Philip Cox, IV, 28, of Fredericksburg was arrested at his job in the 600 block of Caroline Street and charged with the illegal manufacture of marijuana. Later, he was charged with 10 felony counts of possession of child pornography.

The manager of the Fredericksburg parking garage is in jail after police allegedly found marijuana growing in a home he was living in and child pornography on computers.
Fredericksburg Police spokeswoman Natatia Bledsoe said Louis Philip Cox, IV, 28, of Fredericksburg was arrested at his job in the 600 block of Caroline Street and charged with felony manufacturing of five pounds or more of marijuana. She said that on Tuesday, Fredericksburg detectives and the Virginia State police served a search warrant at a home on Devonshire Drive after receiving a tip that a resident was growing marijuana in the basement.
"In searching the home, detectives recovered several marijuana plants, computers, and other related evidence," she said. "During the subsequent investigation and search of the suspect’s computers, detectives discovered explicit sexual material involving children."
Cox was additionally charged with 10 felony counts of possession of child pornography, and he is currently incarcerated at the Rappahannock Regional Jail under no bond. The investigation is ongoing.

He is a previously convicted felon, and his last offense was firing a gun into an occupied car and he is the manager of a parking garage, too funny.I hope that he is put in jail for a long time for the porn he is a sick individual.
