Car Seat Checks by Stafford Sheriff's Office
The Feb. 16 car seat check is free, but donations to two Stafford High School student groups are appreciated.
Stafford County Sheriff's Office certified car seat technicians will provide free child safety seat installation checks from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. Saturday at Stafford County Fire & Rescue Station 12 - Berea.
The public safety program is a project of Stafford Senior High School Youth of Virginia Speak Out About Traffic Safety (YOVASO) and Student's Against Destructive Decisions (SADD) programs.
Although the car seat checks are free, donations are being requested to benefit the high school programs.
