This Friday the 13th isn't about black cats, but rather, people dressed as black-and-white cows.
Friday is Cow Appreciation Day and Chick-fil-A will give away free meals at locations in the area, including ones in Fredericksburg.
Customers who come to the restaurant dressed “head-to-hoof" in a cow costume will receive a free meal. Any guests who wear, "at least a few spots" will be eligible for a free entree.
The promotion lasts all day and customers can claim their free meal or entree during breakfast, lunch or dinner. For more information on Chick-fil-A's Cow Appreciation Day celebration, check out their website.
