FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS MONDAY, MAY 16, 2011

LARCENY:

100 block Wellington Lakes Dr, May 12 – May 13 4:00 a.m. A resident reported that prescription pills were stolen from his unsecured vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

1000 block Wicklow Dr, May 14 12:30 a.m. Two visitors reported that their wallets and other personal items were stolen from their unlocked vehicles. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

The Bourbon Room, 216 William St, May 14 1:15 a.m. – 1:20 a.m. A patron reported that her purse was stolen when she left it inside the business as she went outside to smoke a cigarette. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

VANDALISM:

Bavarian Chef, 200 Lafayette Blvd, May 13 – May 14 8:30 a.m. An employee reported that two planters were thrown from the outside of the building to underneath the railroad platform, breaking the containers and scattering the contents. A witness reported that he saw a black male wearing a yellow polo shirt and a white female wearing white pants remove the planters and then the witness heard smashing noises. No known suspects at this time.

500 block Princess Anne St, May 13 7:00 p.m. – May 14 10:00 a.m. A resident reported that her vehicle was scratched and damaged by a sharp object while the vehicle was parked on the street. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Bill Buttram Photography, 3451 Fall Hill Ave, May 13 9:00 a.m. – May 14 9:00 a.m. The owner reported that he found graffiti spray painted on the exterior of the building. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Massage Envy, 1927 Carl D Silver Pkwy, May 13 11:00 p.m. – May 14 10:00 a.m. An employee reported that graffiti was found spray painted on the back of the building. The owner of Carrabbas Restaurant also reported that similar graffiti was found behind that business, and the responding officer discovered additional spray paint on a sign at the corner of Carl D Silver Pkwy and Gordon Shelton Blvd. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

DUI ARRESTS:

Travis Luttrell, 35, of Fredericksburg was arrested in the 3300 block of Fall Hill Ave.

Kyle Quinn, 23, of Stafford was arrested in the 900 block of Caroline St.

ARRESTS:

Carl Campbell, 22, of Spotsylvania was arrested for destruction of property.

Samuel Priddy, 23, of Unionville was arrested for public intoxication.

Deangelo Walters, 25, of Stafford was arrested for littering.

Shelby Salmon, 35, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.

Joseph Sutter, 36, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.

Jonathan Stevenson, 50, of Winchester was arrested on a warrant from Prince William charging him with probation violation.

Andrew Powers, 20, of Unionville was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Shaquan Morgan, 18, of no fixed address was arrested for shoplifting from Simpatica.

Eppa Cook, 60, of no fixed address was arrested for urinating in public.

Marvin Mancilla-Cruz, 39, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication and providing false information to law enforcement to avoid arrest.
