Home Invasion on Littlepage Street

Residents were in the home when three masked gunmen entered, according to City of Fredericksburg Police.

Three residents of a home in the 800 block of Littlepage Street reported they were upstairs with two friends Wednesday night when three male subjects wearing masks and all black clothing entered the premises and confronted them with handguns.

The incident occurred at about 11:15 p.m.

"The suspects stole various items of value from the residence and from the victims before leaving the scene," Natatia Bledsoe, City of Fredericksburg Police spokesperson, said.

The victims were not injured. The investigation is ongoing.

SO, apply our glorious Vice President's advice here: 1. Buy a double gauge shotgun.
2. Dial 911 and step out on balcony and fire both barrels into the air. 3 Give the thugs your now empty shotgun and everything else in the house. 4. Clean up where your wife and/or daughter were raped. 5. let the police in.

The victims owned a firearm. It did not help them.

Ronal if the victims owned a firearm and did not have access to it when these punks broke in then they need to carry the firearm on their hip even in the house. When bad guys break into your house at night they are up to no good. The bad guys are lucky that the residents were not armed because in Virginia any person breaking into your house can be presumed a threat to your life or others in the house. The rest will be history. Nobody knows what the bad guys intent is until after they kill you. Then we all know what it is because we read about it in the paper.

Mi casa, Su Casa? The article reads like the house was unlocked. Sounds like a lot of prior knowledge going on here. Or.......................
