Multiple Vehicles Vandalized Overnight

FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS

FRIDAY, JULY 1, 2011

LARCENY:

300 block Riverside Dr, June 30 5:30 pm – 6:15 pm. A Stafford resident reported that an iPod and two cell phones were stolen from his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Top Notch Auto Body, 616 Kenmore Ave, June 29 8:30 pm – June 30 7:00 am. An employee reported that a quantity of scrap metal was stolen from the rear of the business. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Target, 1180 Carl D Silver Pkwy, June 28 – June 29 2:15 pm. A resident reported that one of her license plates was stolen from her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

VANDALISM:

1000 block Wicklow Dr, July 1 12:10 am – 1:50 am. A resident reported that his and several other vehicles were spray painted with graffiti. The investigation is ongoing.

ARRESTS:

Richard Starks, 27, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery.

Kyndra Settle, 34, of Stafford was arrested for shoplifting from Target.

Robert Dewberry, 47, of Fredericksburg was arrested for drinking in public.

Tamara Harmoush, 21, of Stafford was arrested for shoplifting from Burlington Coat Factory.

Juvenile female, 17, was arrested for shoplifting from Burlington Coat Factory.
