FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS
MONDAY, JANUARY 9, 2012

1200 block Dandridge St, 1/6 10:15 am -1:50 pm. A resident reported that he found a window open and the screen removed, and later discovered a piece of jewelry was missing from an upstairs bedroom. The investigation is ongoing.

800 block Marye St, 1/6 3:00 pm. A resident reported that she found a screen removed from a window and heard footsteps inside the home while she was in a bathroom. The resident fled from the home through a window and called 911 from a neighbor’s house. It was later discovered that a bicycle had been stolen from the back yard and dumped in a yard on Canal Street. The investigation is ongoing.

800 block Marye St, 1/6 3:00 pm. A resident reported that he found a screen cut and removed from a window, and a patio chair placed underneath the window sill. No apparent access was gained to the house. The investigation is ongoing.

1300 block Littlepage St, 1/6 – 1/7 11:30 am. A resident reported that she found a window open and jewelry boxes disturbed in her mother’s bedroom. A bag containing loose change was later discovered missing. The investigation is ongoing.

1600 block Franklin St, 1/5 – 1/8 3:00 pm. The property owner reported that she found an open rear window and evidence that a person had been staying inside the unoccupied residence. The investigation is ongoing.

1400 block Franklin St, 1/02 – 1/8 4:00 pm. An officer patrolling in the area discovered pry marks on a rear window and an unsecured door, then found evidence that a person had been staying inside the unoccupied residence. The investigation is ongoing.

LARCENY:

Rheumatology Associates, 2216 Princess Anne St, 12/8 5:30 pm – 12/9 8:30 am. The office manager reported that cash was stolen from the locked cash box. The investigation is ongoing.

VANDALISM:
Dixon Street Park, 1300 Dixon St, 1/7 5:00 pm – 1/8 8:50 am. An employee reported that two bathroom doors were damaged and appeared to have been kicked inwards. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

ARRESTS:

Zachary Harding, 20, of Fredericksburg was arrested for making written threats.

Frank Smith, 55, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication.

Daequana Bryant, 19, of Fredericksburg was arrested for assault on a law enforcement officer.

Enrique Hernandez, 27, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication and providing false identification to law enforcement.

Matthew Cox, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Erin Mann, 33, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a warrant from Spotsylvania charging her with failure to appear in court.

Erin Woolls, 25, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Sergio Valero, 26, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Anthony Krupp, 37, of Fredericksburg was arrested for assault and battery.

Carolyn Lopez, 49, of Fredericksburg was arrested for shoplifting from Sunoco.

Bond Thompson, 53, of no fixed address was arrested for public intoxication, possession of alcohol after being declared a habitual drunkard, and possession of marijuana.

Jeffrey Moye, 36, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of heroin with the intent to distribute, and on indictments for reckless driving and destruction of property.

William Chandler, 24, of Spotsylvania was arrested for failure to appear in court.

Darrell Wright, 34, of Fredericksburg was arrested for domestic assault and battery and preventing another person from calling 911.

Charles Facchina, 26, of Beaverdam was arrested on a warrant from Caroline County charging him with possession of marijuana.

Michael Matthews, 25, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana.

Alicia Berrocales, 21, of Fredericksburg was arrested for possession of marijuana.
