Whether it was a microburst or a tornado, the storm that passed through Fredericksburg caused widespread damage in the Lafayette Boulevard corridor. The National Weather Service is expected to visit Fredericksburg on Monday to survey the scene to determine what kind of storm it was, but most of the damage is on Fleming Street and in nearby Spotswood Estates.
