Readers' Choice: Vote for the Best Day Care

Safety comes first, but dedicated teachers, a clean and bright environment and other factors count, too.

 

Patch is relaunching its Readers’ Choice program and we’re asking you, your friends, family, neighbors, coworkers and anyone else who knows about the area to participate.

Nominations were accepted on Patch through July 9 and include:

Winners in all Readers' Choice categories will be announced on Aug. 24.

The poll will open to accept votes from registered Patch users starting on July 23 and close at 11:59 p.m. on Aug. 17.

I love Minnie land in south point! My aunt used to work there and I went there for something like 5 years!! The people are so nice and they have a cool playground in the back! And at elementary schools, there is a bus that will take the kids there after school.

My daughter attends The Learning Experience on Tidewater Trail. She loves "the Elephant School" as she calls it (Bubbles the Elephant is their mascot). The teachers and staff are phenomenal and the facility is bright, cheerful and well maintained. As a teacher myself, I love the fact that from the moment you walk in the door, you see the students' work and it feels like, well, a "learning experience".
