Spotsylvania Deputies Seize Marijuana in Two Busts

A father and daughter were arrested in one of the incidents.

 

Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office Narcotics Unit investigators seized seven pounds of marijuana and almost four pounds of marijuana crystals in two separate investigations on Aug. 10.

Mike Harvey, captain for the sheriff's office, said seven pounds of marijuana was seized from a home in the 6800 block of Teal Court. John Cicilese, 63, and his daughter, Gianna Cicilese, 31, were both charged with possession with intent to distribute five pounds or more of marijuana. John Cicilese also was charged with possession of firearms while possession five pounds or more of marijuana. Harvey said $2,000 in cash and two handguns were also seized during the bust.

The 3.5 pounds of marijuana crystals, known as KEIF, was seized from a home in the 500 block of Olde Greenwich Drive. Aaron Lancaster, 31, was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
