Cushman & Wakefield/Thalhiemer had a busy month of August with 15 new commercial leases signed.

Here is the full list of new leases:

• Stafford Seafood LLC has leased 4,350 square feet of office/warehouse space at 400 Nelms Circle in Stafford County. Virgil Nelson handled the lease negotiations. 
•  Duty Truck Repair has leased 4,100 additional square feet of industrial space in Fredericksburg Center B Building at 11900 Main St. in Spotsylvania County. Virgil Nelson handled the lease negotiations. 
• Daren Washington has leased 3,945 square feet of retail space for a daycare center at 3106 Plank Rd. in Spotsylvania County. Virgil Nelson handled the lease negotiations. 
• Stafford House of Yoga, LLC has leased 3,600 square feet of retail space at 971 Garrisonville Road in Stafford County. Sharon E. Schmidt and Paul Eakin handled the lease negotiations. 
• Stroker Unlimited has leased 3,200 square feet of industrial space at 10964 Bloomsbury Road in King George.   Virgil Nelson handled the lease negotiations. 
• Alcolock VA LLC has leased 2,000 square feet of industrial space in Quarles Warehouses at 101 Juliad Ct. in Stafford County. Sharon E. Schmidt handled the lease negotiations.   
• Beck II, LLC has leased 2,000 square feet of industrial space in Quarles Warehouses at 101 Juliad Court in Stafford County. Sharon E. Schmidt handled the lease negotiations. 
• Simply Modern Bridal has leased 2,000 square feet of retail space in Gateway Village at 2356 Plank Road in Fredericksburg. Virgil Nelson handled the lease negotiations. 
• Blue & Gray Title LLC has leased 1,500 square feet of retail space in Lee’s Hill Retail Center at 10651-10673 Spotsylvania Ave. in Spotsylvania County. Sharon E. Schmidt handled the lease negotiations.
