Closures in Fredericksburg Due to Poor Weather
A strong thunderstorm rolled through Fredericksburg Thursday morning.
Fredericksburg area closures are rolling in due to severe weather Thursday from a strong thunderstorm.
The following closures have been announced by the City of Fredericksburg as of 10:20 a.m.:
- Alum Spring Park is closed due to flooding.
- Fredericksburg dog park is closed due to bad weather.
- Walker-Grant Middle School football practice will be held indoors Thursday.
The National Weather Service forecast calls for isolated showers and thunderstorms between noon and 1 p.m.
