Weekend Live Music Highlight - Levi Stephens

R&B, pop, and folk, with honest lyrics, a crisp soulful voice, and a feel good beat to dance to.

It is happening again. Unique, original flavor is coming through the ‘Burg. Fredericksburg has its own unique artists, and it is a wonderful thing to have travelling artists passing through adding to the exciting and blossoming music, arts, and have a great time community. Friday night, Levi Stephens plays the Otter House, in downtown, bringing a blend of R&B, pop, and folk, with honest lyrics, a crisp soulful voice, and a feel good beat to dance to.

The neat thing about music and every musician is how each musician has an ability to touch different individuals in a very personal and unique way. Every listening experience, whether it be while riding in the car or at a live show, is different. Levi’s unique blend of influences, including Bill Withers and James Taylor, his acoustic song writing base, and performenace energy is guaranteed to bring a unique experience to every listener this coming Friday night. His music falls in line with the stylings of contemporary artists like Ryan Adams and Jason Mraz, and will surely have you singing along. Having played big Washington D.C. festivals, like the Cherry Blossom Festival, for Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes, and stages such as the The Sylvan Ampitheater, (and having brought down The Otter House before), Levi will bring a show you do not want to miss.
