Winter Storm Warning Continues Wednesday for Fredericksburg Region
More snow and rain are expected, with high winds and low visibility.
A winter storm warning remains in effect through 3 a.m. Thursday for the Fredericksburg region, according to the National Weather Service.
Snow is expected to continue throughout the day into the evening, tapering off after midnight. Precipitation could be heavy at times, especially west of I-95. Total daytime snow accumulation of 4 to 8 inches in the Fredericksburg area is possible, with an additional 1 to 3 inches possible tonight.
Temperatures are predicted to remain steady in the low to mid 30s.
Northeast winds at 15 to 25 miles-per-hour, with gusts up to 35-miles-per hour this afternoon and evening are expected to make driving dangerous, and could bring power outages.

I received this notice for which I find some irony: Fredericksburg government offices will be closed due to weather on 03/06/2013 . "All essential personnel must still report as directed by their supervisors".
Does government have non essential persons on the payroll?
