Theft

On 10/15/2012 Deputy Lamont arrested Nikita Leshay Stancil B/F 26 of Ruther Glen for shoplifting at Macy's.

On 10/15/2012 Deputy Trippett arrested India Stewart B/F 26 of Fredericksburg for shoplifting at Wal-Mart in Southpoint.

On 10/16/2012 Deputy Papke arrested Angela Beavers, W/F 23 of Spotsylvania, at Wal-Mart Southpoint for petit larceny.

Assault

On 10/12/2012 Senior Deputy Medina arrested Christal Haley, W/F 28 of Spotsylvania, for domestic assault and child endangerment.

On 10/13/2012 Deputy Stewart arrested James WilburParker 50yo B/M of no fixed address for sexual assault while at Motel 6.

On 10/13/2012 Deputy B. Seay arrested Santos Lizam-Arqueto 40yo H/M of Spotsylvania for Domestic Violence and child abuse.

On 10/16/2012, Deputy Morris arrested April Kelsey 44 yo W/F, and Jeffery Kelsey 47 yo W/M both of Spotsylvania for domestic assault in the 7700 block of Stockwell Dr.

On 10/18/2012 Deputy J, Weins arrested in Donell Easter 18yr B/M of Spotsylvania and Devon Jones 18yrs, B/M of Spotsylvania the 10400 block of Meadowlark Ln. for simple assault.

On 10/18/2012 Sr. Deputy Rickens arrested a 15 yr old w/m from Spotsylvania for disorderly conduct and making threats via electronic means to do bodily harm on school grounds. This arrest was made after the juvenile entered a classroom at Massaponax High School to have an altercation with the other juvenile he had made threats against.

Narcotics

On 10/16/2012 First Sgt. Pittman arrested Brian Chew, B/M 28 of Spotsylvania, at the Lamp Lighter Motel for possession with intent to distribute marijuana.

On 10/17/2012 Sr. Deputy Wahl arrested Branden Hill, a 19yr B/M of Spotsylvania, for possession of marijuana in the 11800 block of Hickory Creek Dr.

DUI

On 10/13/2012 Deputy Plunkett arrested Valerie Breanne Irwin 24yo W/F of Spotsylvania for DUI.

On 10/14/2012 Deputy Tillman arrested Craig Flannagan, 45, B/M of Spotsylvania for DUI and Possession of Marijuana as a result of a traffic stop. 

Arrests

On 10/13/2012 Deputy Tillman arrested Felix Walker, 38, B/M of Spotsylvania for Drunk in Public. 

On 10/17/2012 Sr. Deputy Wahl arrested a 15yr B/M of Spotsylvania for three counts of vandalism in the area of Salem Fields as a result of an investigation from incidents that occurred on 07/25/2012. 

On 10/17/2012 Sr. Deputy T. Medina arrested Nicholas Paone Jr, a 21yr W/M of Spotsylvania, in the area of 13500 Bugle Note Way for public intoxication.
