Theft
On 11/02/2012 Deputy Griffith arrested Natalie Wargas, W/F27 of Spotsylvania for shoplifting from Wal-Mart.
On 11/02/2012 Deputy Greene obtained petitions on a 14 year old juvenile W/M of Spotsylvania for shoplifting $173 worth of DVDs from Books-A-Million.
On 11/03/2012 Deputy Papke arrested Anthony Borsch W/M, 30, of Fredericksburg for Fraud false pretense and converting goods for purpose of defrauding owner/shoplifting from Kohl’s.
On 11/04/2012 Deputy Harney arrested Billie Bailey W/F 45 from North Carolina for unauthorized use of a vehicle in the 8000 Block of Bettina Way.
On 11/04/2012 Deputy Boyd arrested Uniqua Prailow, B/F 18, of Spotsylvania for Petit Larceny from the Hair Connection at 4 Mile Fork.
On 11/05/2012 Deputy B. Seay arrested Maurice Christopher Poole, B/M 38 of Fredericksburg on outstanding warrants of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. In addition Mr. Poole was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
On 11/07/2012 Deputy Unkefer arrested Samara Strickland, W/F 22 of Washington and Katherine Tignor, 29, W/F of West Virginia for Petit Shoplifting.
On 11/07/2012 Deputy Buccola arrested Carol Schley W/F 50 from Spotsylvania for Felony Shoplifting at Belk.
On 11/07/2012 Deputy Drewry arrested Brian Christopher Watson W/M 36 from Stafford for Felony Shoplifting at Target, Cosner Corner.
On 11/07/2012 Deputy Harney arrested Amanda Shouse W/F 30 with no fixed address for 2 felony and 3 misdemeanor warrants as a result of shoplifting at Wal-Mart. Also arrested for shoplifting was Stephen Connolly W/M 28 with no fixed address.
Assault
On 11/05/2012 Deputy Setlock arrested Geneva Atkinson, W/F 32 of Spotsylvania for Domestic Assault.
On 11/07/2012 Deputy Cairns arrested Thomas Anderson, W/M 33 of Spotsylvania for Domestic Assault and Battery.
Narcotics
On 11/02/2012 Deputy Moore arrested Deandre Grimes, B/M 23 of King George for possession of marijuana at Mills Drive and Jefferson Davis Hwy.
On 11/02/2012 Deputy Boyd arrested Jamie Smith, B/M 34 of Fredericksburg for possession of marijuana.
On 11/02/2012 Deputy Wine arrested Ashton Spillman, W/F 20 of Spotsylvania for possession of Marijuana during a traffic stop at Tara Dr. and Cherry Rd.
On 11/03/2012 Deputy Durbin arrested Paul Matthew Brown W/M 19 from Spotsylvania for possession of Marijuana in the 3000 Block of Alberta Drive.
On 11/03/2012 Deputy Greene arrested Christopher Nelson, B/M 25 of Spotsylvania, in the area of Jeff Davis Hwy. and Roxbury Mills Rd. for possession of marijuana.
On 11/04/2012, Deputy Greene arrested William Ellis II, B/M 23 of Spotsylvania, and Jessica Argenzio, W/F 19 of New York both for possession of Marijuana at Motel 6.
On 11/08/2012, Deputy Greene arrested William White, W/M 22 of Spotsylvania, for possession of Marijuana and an outstanding Capias through Caroline at the Motel Six.
DUI
On 11/02/2012 Deputy Tudor arrested Jon Faulkner, W/M 57 of Spotsylvania for speeding (40/25 school zone), DUI, and open container.
On 11/03/2012 Deputy Buccola arrested Haskell Cecil Skamper W/M 45 from Spotsylvania in the 14000 Block of Warner Drive for DUI 2nd, and driving with an open container of alcohol.
On 11/04/2012 Deputy Handy arrested Steven MacCartney W/M, 24, of Fredericksburg for DUI after a traffic stop.
On 11/04/2012 Deputy Wilson arrested Krissa Cockrum, W/F 33 of Spotsylvania, in the area of Plantation Forest Dr. and Courthouse Rd. for felony DUI.
On 11/03/2012 Sr. Deputy Payne arrested Agustin Ibarra-Acevedo, W/M 47 of Fredericksburg, for driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a license after investigating a disabled vehicle on Tidewater Trail near Joseph Mills Drive.

On 11/02/2012 Deputy Coerper arrested Eluid Robles-Chavez, H/M 28 of Ruther Glen for drunk in public, false ID to law enforcement, possession of false ID, and perjury in the area of the 5000 block of Jefferson Davis Hwy.
On 11/03/2012, Deputy Vasquez arrested Michael Veeris, W/M 32 of Springfield for drunk in public in the area of the 5800 block of Southpoint Center Blvd.
On 11/03/2012 Deputy Jefferies arrested Edwin Amaya H/M 21 from Spotsylvania at the Spotsylvania Towne Center for Drunk in Public.
On 11/05/2012 Sr. Deputy R. Wahl arrested Grant Hartsfield, W/M 32 of Spotsylvania for public intoxication (inhalant) in the 5000 block of Jefferson Davis Hwy. was arrested.
On 11/05/2012 Deputy Unkefer arrested Henry Curtis, W/M 34 of Spotsylvania for an outstanding Capias and Obstruction of Justice.
