Cops have a tough job, and when they pull somebody over, they're rarely greeted with a smile.

In a video that has gone viral, though, one Virginia police officer found that he could not only get a smile but also give one when he pulled over a 7-year-old boy who was riding his bicycle.

The video shows Hampton Police Officer Mike Brown writing a ticket for the boy who had explained, after taking off his helmet, "I always do that fast on this street." And, yes, the boy said, he was looking out for traffic.
