Fredericksburg Area Closings, Day 3

All branches of the Central Rappahannock Regional Library -- except Cooper and Montross -- will have a delayed 10 a.m. opening on Thursday, Jan. 23.  Cooper will open at its regular 1 p.m. time and Montross at its regular time of 2 p.m.

City of Fredericksburg Public Schools are closed Thursday, Jan. 23.  Code Red for 12-month employees.

Fredericksburg Academy is closed.

Spotsylvania County Public Schools are closed Thursday, Jan. 23.  Code 2 for 12-month staff, as safety permits.

Stafford County Public Schools will be closed.  Employees will be on Code 1.

University of Mary Washington -- all campuses -- will open at 9 a.m.
