Rappahannock RiverFest 2013
Tickets for the Sept. 21 event must be purchased in advance.
The Friends of the Rappahannock present their 23rd annual Rappahannock Riverfest on Saturday, Sept. 21. The annual fundraiser supports the group's advocacy, restoration and education programs.
The event begins 3 p.m., with food service beginning at 4 p.m., at Farley Vale Farm, 12475 Farley Vale Drive, King George, Va.
The crab feast also features a full buffet from Virginia BBQ, an open bar and an auction. Live music will be provided by Idle Time Band, Roddy Barnes, Bob & Hal & Paul & Amy and The Taters.

Admission is by advance ticket sales only. Sponsorships and private tables are available. Tickets start at $75 each. Purchase early, ticket prices go up after September 6 and sell out almost every year. Tickets may be purchased online.
