Video: Councilman George Solley on the Sesquicentennial
Solley's personal reflections on the Battle of Fredericksburg commemoration.
Fredericksburg City Council member George Solley (Ward 2) participated in the Battle of Fredericksburg sesquicentennial weekend and spoke with Patch about the experience.
"I actually had ancestors in this battle, so for me personally it's revisiting a time I grew up knowing about and that I don't think we should forget," Solley said. His complete comments are in the attached video.
