All branches of the Central Rappahannock Regional Library will have an 11 a.m. delayed opening Jan. 7, except for Newton, Cooper and Montross.
Fredericksburg City Schools will be closed Jan. 7. Twelve-month employees have a two hour delay.
Fredericksburg Parks and Rec programs and classes are cancelled.
Gari Melchers Home and Studio at Belmont is closed.
Spotsylvania County Public Schools will be closed. Code 2 is in effect for 12 month employees.
Stafford County Public Schools will be closed. Employees will be on Code 2. Liberal leave is in effect. Administrative offices will open at 10 a.m.
Stafford County Visitor Center is closed.
