First Fridays Live Music in Fredericksburg

There is a lot going on in Fredericksburg this weekend, and it starts with First Friday. Enjoy a nice evening walk downtown, and hear great roots and blues from international musician, Gaye Adegbalola (Saffire: The Uppity Blues Women) as she performs her solo show at 6 p.m. in Market Square 

Wander down to the and hear Rob Martino on the chapman stick, and Tony Scott play an acoustic set at 7:00 p.m. Have a hot dog and hear The Believers play bluegrass at one of Fredericksburg’s oldest restaurants, at 8 p.m.

As the evening progresses, mosey down to , grab a beverage and hear one of Fredericksburg’s Singin’ Ladies of the ‘Burg, Kathy Douberly front her rhythm and blues band Ask Fred (accompanied by Tom Schiff on guitar, Adam Douberly on bass, Joey Miller on drums). Stop at these places or any of those listed below, and you will have a great time. The list is organized by county and time. Who said there is no music scene is Fredericksburg? Psssssssshhh. Yes there is.
