What: Three Wise Women

Where: My Place Latin Grill
Details: Free. Kandra Orr is showcasing her mystical Mandalas. Merian Stevens brings her creations of watercolor on silk, giclées and limited printed editions. Peggy Wickham's paintings capture quiet moments of beauty.

What: Into Africa

What: 2013 Religious Freedom Day

Where: One mile parade begins at the Fredericksburg train station and ends at the Religious Freedom Monument for a 2 p.m. ceremony.
