Five Area Businesses on Inc. 5000

Five Fredericksburg area businesses have made The 2013 Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing private companies in the United States.

Nest Realty, which this week opened an office in Fredericksburg, achieved 504% growth during the last three years, putting it at 882 on the Inc. 5000 list.  The real estate company based in Charlottesville had $4.1 million in revenue in 2012. Nest Realty was also ranked number 27 on the Inc. list of Top 100 Real Estate Companies and number 44 on Top 100 Virginia Companies.  Nest Realty is now open at 510 Princess Anne St.


Harkcon, 43 Town & Country Drive, Suite 119-311, Fredericksburg, is listed at 1669.  With $8.6 million in revenues, the company saw 234 percent growth in the last three years.  The company has 87 employees.  Harkcon also placed number 94 in the Top 100 Government Services Companies and 98 in the Top 100 Virginia Companies.  Harkcon is a member of the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce.
