Dunkin' Donuts Returns to Fredericksburg
One of the three closed locations is reopen; another may soon be reopened.
They're back!
The Dunkin' Donuts at 2229 Plank Rd. is reopen, under new management.
The store was one of three in the immediate area -- among 10 in Central Virginia -- which closed last year as franchise owners and corporate executives continued lawsuit negotiations over franchise fees and rent payments.
The Dunkin' Donuts at 3544 Plank Rd. is also expected to reopen, according to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, the commercial real estate company working on the deal.
