The Free Lance-Star's Bill Freehling noted last week that 1005 Princess Anne Street has been vacant since The Otter House closed early last year.
"The property has an amazing storefront with awning to provide additional outside seating in the Springtime and summertime in the Old Town area," reads the listing at Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite. "This historic property features a two-story floor plan and is ideal for a creative restaurant or retail tenant."
