There are 725 new jobs coming to Fredericksburg from insurance giant Geico, the company announced last week, according to media reports, including The Washington Business Journal.
The Geico career website notes the office already has 2,800 (the Business Journal puts that number at 3,300).
"This 44-acre campus is located on Route 17, just minutes from I-95 and is accessible via the FRED bus line," according to the site.
Current local openings highlighted at Geico's site includes:

- Customer Service Representative - Fredericksburg
- Claims Representative - Fredericksburg
- Liability Claims Representative - Fredericksburg
- MBI Claims Representative - Fredericksburg
- Experienced Sales Professionals - Fredericksburg
- Management Development Program, Management Training - Fredericksburg
- Management Development Program, Claims Management Training - Fredericksburg
