Kickshaws Market Kicks Off This Weekend

Kickshaws Downtown Market will be opening its doors at 101 William Street on Saturday. The six-day-a-week grocery has big plans to offer produce, meats and other goods at prices comparative to the farmers market.

The Kickshaws website notes the market will offer, "locally sourced, natural and organic products," along with classes and demonstrations.

Fredericksburg.com notes that hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday, noon to 5 p.m. Sunday and open Tuesday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. A grand opening is planned for the downtown district's First Friday event in August.
