Raven Hi-Fi Hosts Music Spectacular
Ed Dickerson's new band The Giving Tree and New Haven indie musicians Plume Giant played at Raven Hi-Fi Wednesday night.

Owners Dave Minckler and Brooke Farquhar are also big supporters of the music and art scene in Fredericksburg. On Wednesday night they hosted two top-notch bands—one local and the other from New Haven, CT.

Fredericksburg resident Ed Dickerson's new project "The Giving Tree" opened the evening of music. Dickerson is a respected fiddle player in the city and he tapped Andre Eglevsky to play upright bass, Chris Jones and Sam Blissard on guitar and Ehren Chon on drums.
The headliner was Plume Giant from New Haven, CT. This indie trio has played in Fredericksburg before and was welcomed back to a full house at Raven Hi-Fi.
