Fredericksburg Dunkin' Donuts Locations Closed In Legal Battle

The closures may be temporary, depending on negotiations.

Three Fredericksburg Dunkin’ Donuts locations are among 10 in Central Virginia closed -- at least temporarily -- as franchise owners and corporate executives continue lawsuit negotiations.

Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins on February 7 sued franchises owners in federal court after the owners allegedly fell behind on franchise fees and rent payments, Richmond BizSense reported.

Fredericksburg's closed stores are at:

  • 2229 Plank Rd. (Route 3)
  • 3544 Plank Rd. (Route 3)
  • 2601 Salem Church Rd.
Fredericksburg residents have a few donut options, including Paul's Bakery and Krispy Kreme.

With Dunkin' Donuts closed, where will you go for donuts?  Tell us in the comments section.
