My son was a patient here for 8 years. These doctors are ok as far as colds or sickness are concerned. When my son got 2nd and 3rd degree burns, 1. they misdiagnosed a 3rd degree burn as a 2nd degree burn & 2. they were not equipped to take care of them. They did not know how to properly clean or care for his burns. They did not measure the areas to make sure they weren't growing when in fact they were. Instead of them referring me right away to the burn hospital at Children's Hospital at VCU or DC they prolonged this 3 weeks until I got fed up with the doctor not even showing up for work, canceling my follow up appointments twice with no notice, so I took my son to a new Pediatrician who took one look at his burns and got me an emergency appointment at VCU burn hospital where I found out my son would need skin grafts. I was very disappointed!
