Antiques Roadshow Coming to Richmond
The date's in August, but you must submit an application by April 8 for the ticket raffle.
The popular PBS series "Antiques Roadshow" is including Richmond in its eight-city 2013 summer tour, according to the show's online video announcement.
The show will be at the Greater Richmond Convention Center on August 17. Tickets are free, but will be awarded through a random drawing from all eligible entries on April 8, according to executive producer Marsha Bemko.
"All ticket holders may bring two items for appraisal and will receive a free, verbal approximation of value for each item, regardless of whether they are selected to be taped for television," according to the website.

In addition, “The Roadshow Furniture Roundup” is looking for large pieces of furniture within a 50-mile radius of each tour site.
