Fredericksburg's First New Year Baby
The first baby of 2013 born at Mary Washington Hospital was a boy.
The first baby born in the New Year at Fredericksburg's Mary Washington Hospital was Collin James.
The baby boy made his way into the world at 10:39 a.m. He weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.
Mom Lisa McGill and dad Victor Navarro have three other children, including a set of twins. The family is currently stationed at Quantico, but calls California home.
