Rain Tuesday evening is expected to change into heavy, wet snow in the early morning hours Wednesday.

Rain and snow moving across the Midwest into the area will mean flight delays and cancelations at Reagan National Airport (DCA), Dulles International Airport (IAD) and Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) later today.

Stay with Patch throughout the storm for updates on local delays and cancelations.

Weather in and around Chicago is affecting flights from Reagan, Dulles and BWI airports. Specifically, the Federal Aviation Administration is reporting delays at Chicago's O'Hare and Midway airports, Milwaukee and Minneapolis-St. Paul.
