FREDERICKSBURG POLICE INCIDENTS WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 21, 2011
BURGLARY:
1900 block Washington Ave, Dec. 17 – Dec. 19 9:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person entered the residence through an unsecured window and stole a game system and jewelry from two different locations in the house. The investigation is ongoing.

LARCENY:
, Dec. 18 2:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. A guest reported that his backpack was stolen from his unsecured vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Dec. 20 2:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. A patron reported that her cell phone was stolen after she briefly set it down while shopping. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
3300 block Fall Hill Ave, Dec. 20 2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. A Stafford resident reported that the driver’s side window of her vehicle was smashed out and a GPS and iPod were stolen from inside the car. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
, Dec. 20 10:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. An employee reported that the passenger side window of her vehicle was smashed out and a DVD player and clothing were stolen from inside the car. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
ARRESTS:
Zihalirwa Hatungiyalemye, 23, of Fredericksburg was arrested for breaking and entering and assault.
Charlita Watson, 18, of Spotsylvania was arrested for embezzlement.
