Princess Anne Street to Close Sunday

The 1000 block of Princess Anne Street will be closed to all traffic between the hours of 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Sunday, March 13. The closure is necessary in order to facilitate the setup of a crane for replacing roof-mounted HVAC mechanical equipment at the Fredericksburg Baptist Church.

During the closure, traffic may proceed southbound on Princess Anne Street to the intersection of Amelia Street, at which point all traffic will be detoured as follows:

• Right onto Amelia Street Left onto Charles Street (flagman) Left onto William Street (flagman) Follow William Street back to Princess Anne Street
• Parking will be restricted on both sides of Princess Anne Street in the vicinity of the Fredericksburg Baptist Church from 1:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. (or until completion of the work).
• Motorists are advised to use caution in the vicinity of the work zone and through the detour area.
