Sleet Possible in Fredericksburg Region
National Weather Service predicts rain mixed with sleet for some locations in our region.
Rain, possibly mixed with sleet, is predicted for the Fredericksburg area Thursday evening, according to the National Weather Service (NWS). Sleet is most likely in Orange and Spotsylvania Counties, the NWS said.
The precipitation should become all rain after 11 p.m. Expect patchy fog after midnight, with a low about 37 degrees.
Rain and patchy fog are likely before 10 a.m. Friday, the NWS reports. The day is then expected to gradually become mostly sunny, with a high near 60.
