Today on Fredericksburg Patch: A New Look and the New Boards

Welcome to the new look of Fredericksburg Patch. 

The site has been redesigned to feel livelier and make it easier for you to contribute and participate.

Below the news on the homepage you’ll see blogs, where we showcase local voices and obtain a view of what’s happening beyond the news. It's now even easier to start a blog yourself -- any time, about anything.

The newest item you’ll find on the redesigned Fredericksburg Patch are the Boards. Boards are an open forum where you can make an announcement, speak your mind, sell something or publicize your business news.

There's an Announcement Board -- where you can publicize a school play, issue an invitation to your open house, advertise your upcoming volunteer training, and more.

There’s an Opinion Board -- because everyone in town has one, so why not put them all in one place?

The Buy/Sell/Trade Board -- where you can post your garage sale or list a specific item for sale or trade.

The Business Updates Board -- a dedicated spot for businesses to post news about awards, staff promotions, moves, specials, openings and closings.
