Selected Pieces from the Silver Collection Artist Signing

As Fredericksburg prepares to reflect on the significant and immeasurable role it played in our Nation's history, one of Fredericksburg's own is opening the doors to an unprecedented collection of historic paintings.  Larry D. Silver, President and CEO of Silver Companies is providing 10 emotionally charged oil paintings from his private collection to the Fredericksburg Area Museum and Cultural Center to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Battle of Fredericksburg.

A public showing and signing event will be held at the Fredericksburg Area Museum and Cultural Center on Saturday, December 8th from 11:00am-3:00pm with several of the artists in attendance.  Prints, giclees, and commemorative posters will be available for purchase at the Museum during the exhibit with a significant portion of the proceeds being donated to the Fredericksburg Area Museum and Cultural Center.
