BMW Stolen Off Car Lot and Funland Less Fun For One Customer

Fredericksburg Police Incidents, Thursday, March 27, 2014.

LARCENY: 

Charlotte International, 1609 Dixon St, 3/25 – 3/26 1:00 p.m. The owner reported that an unknown person stole a BMW from the lot. The vehicle was later recovered in Dahlgren by the King George Sheriff’s Office. The investigation is ongoing. 

VRE Lot, 300 block Frederick St, 3/25 5:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. A commuter reported that an unknown person stole a quantity of loose change from his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 

Funland, 1351 Central Park Blvd, 3/26 8:45 a.m. – 1:10 p.m. An employee reported that an unknown person broke her driver’s side window and stole her purse from the vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 

Mary Washington Hospital, 1001 Sam Perry Blvd, 3/26 6:45 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. An employee reported that an unknown person stole his gym bag from his unsecured vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time. 

James Monroe High School, 2300 Washington Ave, 3/26 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. A student reported that an unknown person stole his iPhone from the locker room. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
