CONTRIBUTING TO THE DELINQUENCY: Kings Mill, 3/12 11:45 p.m. A resident reported that her 15-year-old daughter was missing from the home. Based on information found on the juvenile’s mobile device, it was determined that she had been communicating with an unknown male via a social media site and that she had possibly agreed to meet him. With the assistance of the FBI Sex Crimes Task Force, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and the Virginia State Police, detectives identified a suspect address in Stafford County and obtained a search warrant for the house. The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office executed the search warrant late in the evening of March 13 and the juvenile was found there unharmed. Three adult males were also in the residence and were taken into custody without incident. Jermaine Spires, 36, and Damon Davis, 31, both of Stafford, were charged in Fredericksburg with contributing to the delinquency of a minor for transporting the victim from her home to the location in Stafford. Damon Davis and his brother, Donell Davis, 38, were also arrested for offenses related to this case that were committed in Stafford County, and they were both incarcerated under no bond. The investigation is ongoing.
