Theft
On 11/16/2012 Sr. Deputy Payne arrested Jason M. Rakes, W/M 32 of Woodford, for shoplifting at Wal-Mart.

On 11/17/2012 Sr. Deputy Boone arrested Jason Lee Bridge W/M 34 of Spotsylvania County for Petit Larceny/Shoplifting from the WaWa on Harrison Road.
On 11/18/2012 Deputy Harney arrested Benjerman Blaine Powell, W/M 24 from Spotsylvania in the 5000 block of Castlebridge Ct for possession of Schedule I or II Narcotics, Obtain Money by False Pretenses, Selling Stolen Property, and Grand Larceny.

On 11/18/2012, Deputy Morris arrested Jared Robertson W/M 22 of Louisa for grand larceny and destruction of property for an incident that occurred in the 6300 block of Plantation Forest Dr.
On 11/22/2012 Deputy Harney arrested Vincent Hardy B/M 21 of Spotsylvania for Unlawful Entry, Credit Card Theft, Credit Card Fraud, and Felony Vandalism to Sheriff’s Office Property in the 8000 Block of Pool Drive.
On 11/23/2012 Deputy M. Warren arrested Jose Amilpa-Hernandez H/M 32 of Culpeper for grand larceny from Belk.
On 11/23/2012 Sr. Deputy R. Wahl arrested Michael Stead Jr. W/M 36 of Spotsylvania for petit larceny from Wal-Mart.
On 11/23/2012 Deputy Tittle arrested Schvoni Scott B/F 25 with No Fixed Address for felony shoplifting from Walmart and Felony conspiracy to shoplift from Walmart.
On 11/25/2012 Deputy Davies arrested Lonnie Jano W/M 40 from Spotsylvania for petit larceny stemming from an incident at the Hair Cuttery on 10/27/12.
On 11/25/2012 Dep. Davies arrested Erica Parker B/F 41 from Washinton DC, Sherita Owens B/F 42 from Suitland, MD and Alice Trice B/F 45 from Burke, VA with felony shoplifting and felony conspiracy after an incident at WalMart.
On 11/27/2012 Deputy Durbin arrested Jason Ralph Ladmirault B/M 33 from Spotsylvania in the 10000 Block of Priest Court for Petit Larceny.
On 11/28/2012 Deputy Weins arrested Mr. Shawn Leiter W/M 30 of Louisa for petit larceny shoplifting at Wal-Mart.
Assault
On 11/16/2012 Deputy Tavarez arrested Justin Boarman, W/M 28 of Spotsylvania for domestic assault in the 9500 block of Todds Tavern Drive.
On 11/18/2012 Deputy Moore arrested Matthew McGahey W/M 43 from Spotsylvania in the 8000 Block of Jefferson Davis Hwy for a Violation of a Protective Order.
On 11/18/2012, Deputy Morris arrested Tabatha Mcgahey W/F 25 of Spotsylvania and Nicholas Jones W/M 22 of Spotsylvania both for domestic assault at Motel 6.
DUI
On 11/21/2012 Deputy Polliard arrested Tracy Lynn Jenkins W/F 42 of Spotsylvania for DUI 2nd, Refusal and driving outside her restrictions.
On 11/29/2012 Deputy Polliard arrested Jessica Carlson W/F 26 of Fredericksburg, for DUI, refusal of a breath test, possession of schedule I/II, possession of controlled drug paraphernalia and child endangerment after a traffic stop on Mine Road and Falcon Drive. Also arrested was Brandon Cole W/M 31 of NFA, for possession of controlled drug paraphernalia.
On 11/29/2012 Sr. Deputy Payne arrested William Henry McDonald, III, W/M 30 of Spotsylvania, for DUI (1st offense) and reckless driving by speed (69/45) in the area of the McDonalds on Mine Rd.
Narcotics
On 11/18/2012 Deputy Boyd arrested Derrick Holmes, B/M 36 of Spotsylvania for Possession of Marijuana in the block of 11200 Surry Woods Court.
On 11/18/2012, Deputy Greene arrested Dana White W/F 32 of Caroline for possession of Marijuana during a traffic stop at 5325 Jefferson Davis Hwy.
On 11/18/2012, Deputy Greene arrested Ryan Hickman B/M 22 of Spotsylvania for possession of Marijuana during a traffic stop at 5317 Jefferson Davis Hwy.
On 11/21/2012, Deputy Wine arrested Serema Harris B/F 21 of Spotsylvania for possession of Marijuana during a traffic stop at Jefferson Davis Hwy and Market St.
On 11/21/2012, Deputy Greene arrested Michael Atkins W/M 26 of King William for possession of Marijuana at Motel 6.
On 11/22/2012, Deputy Coerper arrested Tina Noel W/F 34 of Spotsylvania for drunk in public and possession of Marijuana at Wexham Ct and Lancaster Ring Rd.
On 11/23/2012 1st Sgt Pittman arrested Mark Chinn W/M 45 of Dumfries for Possession of Cocaine in the area of 5317 Jefferson Davis Hwy.
On 11/24/2012 Deputy Frulla arrested Angela Mark W/F 38 of Stafford for possession of marijuana after a traffic stop at the Motel 6 on Jeff Davis Highway.
On 11/26/2012 Deputy Wine arrested William Segovia-Campos H/M 44 of Caroline County for possession of marijuana in the 2300 block of Salem Church Road.
On 11/27/2012 Deputy Greene arrested Thomas Macgregor W/m 24 of Spotsylvania for possession of marijuana in the 11000 block of Leavells Road.
On 11/28/2012 Deputy Wine arrested Letitia Black B/F 31of Spotsylvania for possession of marijuana and a summons for driving while suspended in the area of Leavells Road and Cedarbrook Drive.
On 11/28/2012 Deputy Greene arrested Kristen O’Malley W/F 18 of Spotsylvania for possession of marijuana in the area of Jefferson Davis Highway and Morris Road.
On 11/28/2012 Deputy Greene arrested Santrissa Mcdonald B/F 23 of Spotsylvania for possession of marijuana at the Super 8 Hotel.
On 11/28/2012 Deputy Wine arrested China Coleman B/M 25 of Spotsylvania for possession of marijuana and Jessica Stampler W/F 24 of Colonial Beach, for possession of a Schedule I or II and possession of marijuana in the area of the Super 8.

On 11/24/2012 Sgt. Barber arrested Kevin James, B/M of Spotsylvania, for DIP and destruction of property after a domestic dispute in the 700 block of Olde Greenwich Circle.
On 11/27/2012 Deputy Wine arrested Brandon Courtney W/M 19 of Spotsylvania, for possession of a concealed weapon in the area of Leavells Road and Griffith Way.
On 11/28/2012 Deputy Handy arrested Elizabeth Christian W/F 24 of Spotsylvania for public intoxication in the area of Salem Run.
On 11/28/2012 Deputy Lamont arrested Ian Larkins W/M 21 of Spotsylvania for public intoxication and providing false identification to L.E. in the area of Salem Run.
On 11/28/2012 Deputy Tavarez arrested John Vita W/M 20 of Spotsylvania for possession of three counterfeit $20.00 bills with the intent to pass said bills as currency at the 7-11, Plank Road and Gordon Road.
