Richard Eugene Ranels Sr., 92 of Fredericksburg passed away at Mary Washington Hospital on Wednesday, May 7, 2014.
He is survived by his daughter in law, Susan Ranels and granddaughter, Heather Ranels.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jane and his son, Dr. Richard Ranels Jr.
All services will be private.
