George William “Will” Hutchinson, 83, of Fredericksburg passed away Monday, March 31, 2014 at Hughes Home.
Mr. Hutchinson was a U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class veteran having served in the Korean War. He was an avid gardener and sports fan.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Hazel Dennis Hutchinson; sons William Douglas Hutchinson and wife Pam and John Wayne Hutchinson; brother Lee Hutchinson; and sisters Elsie Lee and Florence Burruss.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George Thomas and Helen Edwards Hutchinson.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8p.m. Wednesday, April 2 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg.

A service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 3 at the funeral home chapel. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, South Atlantic Division Inc., 4240 Park Place Ct. Glen Allen, VA 23060-9904.
