Old Dominion Humane Society pet of the week~ Ken

Ken is a mixed lab puppy born August 10, 2013. At a week old, he was dumped without a mother and then rescued by Old Dominion Humane Society. Ken was bottle fed and given the appropriate attention to ensure he had a chance at life, just like any other pup. Ken is the largest of the ODHS littermates and has the least amount of white markings. His large paws indicate that he may grow to be a dog of a sturdier size. Ken has the desire to be alpha in his pack but will submit once challenged. Like most puppies, Ken is mischievous and playful; he loves to play with toys and is learning to play fetch. He has large floppy ears that catch the air when he runs and large feet like a small jungle cat. He enjoys playing in the water, too. During bath time, Ken will splash around while biting the water and wag his tail with content. Of the litter, Ken has the most energy and is the most playful. If you are looking for a large, goofy, and playful male then Ken is the puppy for you! He will make a great life companion for one lucky family.
